Description:
When you’re pushing your RZR hard with bigger tires, more weight, and aggressive driving, the factory wheel studs become a weak link. The Kryptonite Heavy-Duty Wheel Stud is engineered to eliminate that failure point with increased strength, deeper engagement, and long-term reliability.
Built from high-strength chromoly steel and heat-treated to Class 10.9 (HRC 32–39), this stud delivers the clamping force and durability needed for real-world abuse. What sets it apart is the extended-length knurled spline, designed to engage the full depth of the hub, not just a partial section like factory studs. Even if your factory splines are worn or blown out and your lug studs are spinning, Kryptonite’s extended knurl design can restore a tight, secure fit—eliminating the need to replace the hub in many cases.
That added engagement creates more surface contact, more bite, and significantly reduces the chance of the stud spinning or loosening when changing wheels and tires.
