How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer shipping options ranging from Gound to Next Day Air. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are not guaranteed to ship on that same day. Please contact our sales department if you need expected ship times.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we offer options up to next day. Please see below for Shipping Service Options and Saturday delivery Options. Expedited shipping speeds up transit time, not processing time. Carriers don’t deliver on weekends. Ordering Friday with 2-day shipping? You’re getting it Tuesday. Please call for the most accurate leadtimes.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing times can exceed 5-10 business days. Please contact us for up to date processing times.
How long does shipping take?
Unless you select a specific shipping time (3rd day, 2nd day, or next day), shipping time will depend on your location. Generally speaking, once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days.
Will you provide tracking information?
We provide a tracking number when your order ships.
What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?
If your item is damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately so we can contact the shipping company. It is their responsibility to ensure the package is delivered undamaged. All damage claims must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the order or the claim will be voided. Also, you must retain ALL shipping packages for inspection by the shipping company. Failure to keep damaged boxes may result in any and all damage claims being denied.
How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?
We’ve gone to great lengths to make finding the right parts for your vehicles as easy as possible. Every product in our online catalogue features the part name, part number, and corresponding vehicles it fits. If you aren’t sure or want to double check, call our Customer Service Department.
What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?
If the part you ordered doesn’t fit your vehicle, our normal policies apply for returns and shipping. If the part doesn’t fit because of an error on our end, contact our Customer Service Department right away! Claims must be placed within 7 business days of delivery or the claim will be voided.
What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away. If you’re looking to change the delivery address before the order ships, call us right away to make arrangements. However, if the order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the carrier with your tracking number to change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds.
What if I never receive an order?
Every order is tracked with a unique tracking number. If your order never arrives, we’ll know it. If you received confirmation that your order was delivered but someone might have taken it, that’s when we have a problem. Contact our Customer Service Department for next steps.
What happens if I refuse the shipment?
Refusing the shipment isn’t a good way to return a product. Instead, accept the shipment and call us for return authorization. If a package is refused, any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the credit/refund.
Do you ship oversized parts?
We do ship oversized parts, but be warned that shipping isn’t cheap for larger items.
What happens if I receive the wrong part or something is missing from my order?
Hey, mistakes happen! If you receive your order and something is missing or you received the wrong part, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct parts are ordered, we are not responsible for parts ordered incorrectly. If you are unsure about which part you need, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Department before placing your order and we'll be happy to help. Missing or incorrect items that were shipped in error must be reported within 7 days of delivery, claims submitted after this window will be voided with no exclusions. To get your claim started, please email us your order number along with the name or part number of the missing or incorrect item. Once we receive it, we'll get your claim processed as quickly as possible. Getting the right part won't cost you anything more than a little inconvenience.
If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
Yes, and most likely sooner. We normally charge your account at the time the order is placed.
If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?
We will ship your order ASAP if it is out of stock. We’ll also send you email notification when it does.
If you order multiple parts, we will ship the In Stock parts asap and then update you regarding the Backordered items.
Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
Yes, we do! It’s all a matter of selecting your state and zip code at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We are not able to ship UPS to PO Boxes, Please provide a physical address.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! Just fill out the correct shipping information at checkout.
International Duties and Taxes?
Customers are responsible for all international Duties and Taxes. Kryptonite Products will not pay the duties/taxes and the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost when refusing to accept a shipment. Restocking fees are also applicable in certain situations.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We do not have a minimum order, but if you’re buying small parts we always recommend buying multiples to be cost effective.
