Description:
The Kryptonite 2.5”/3.5” Dual-Rate Coil Spring Kit is designed to improve ride quality and front suspension performance on 2005–2025 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 4x4 diesel models. These springs are engineered specifically for the weight and geometry of the 6.7L PowerStroke platform, delivering consistent lift and support under varying loads. The dual-rate design allows for improved ride compliance over uneven terrain without compromising the spring’s ability to handle the demands of towing or daily use.
Each coil is shot-peened to increase fatigue resistance and extend service life, then pre-set during manufacturing to eliminate the risk of sagging over time. A durable black powder-coated finish protects against corrosion in harsh conditions, making this an ideal solution for trucks operating in salted or off-road environments. These springs provide a true 2.5” lift on 2005–2019 trucks and a corrected 3.5” lift on 2020+ models, which sit lower from the factory.
Installation is fully bolt-on, with the coils fitting directly into the OEM spring locations—no cutting or modifications required.
2.5” vs. 3.5” Lift Explained
Ford changed the factory ride height of the Super Duty platform starting in 2020, lowering the front suspension approximately 1” compared to 2005–2019 trucks. Because of this, the same Kryptonite leveling spring produces different lift heights depending on model year and vehicle configuration.
Expected Front Lift Heights:

The spring design remains the same across these applications. Differences in factory suspension height and vehicle configuration account for the variation in achieved lift.
Tremor Fitment: 2020+ Tremor models feature a factory suspension package that sits approximately 2” taller than a standard Super Duty. As a result, these springs provide approximately 1.5” of additional front lift rather than the 3.5” achieved on standard 2020+ F-250/F-350 models.
